Santa Anna fancied himself as the "Napoleon-of-the-west." His army was uniformed, and structued very much on the French army of the Napoleonic Wars, so .... yeah there is a Napoleonic title, of sorts. hehehe... Colonel Al Amos 1erè Brigade Commandant 2ème Division de Dragons |

I'm absolutely thrilled by a new feature in the engine, from the Antietam description:
quote:
· Many meeting engagements using the new random hex feature. The extreme effects of FOW will be more fully demonstrated. · Added new Random hex and time for incoming reinforcements. Neither side will know exactly when and where new troops will arrive.

I'm very anxious to see if this feature will be retrofitted to earlier games in both ACW and Napoleonic series! Ha Muddy! Had you remained on the playtest staff you would have known these things (no Nap game)! LOL Nope, Rich and I are working on stuff but nothing for a few months at least. We dont want to put out a game that has a bunch of errors and thus I am working with Paco and others to produce a cleaner game this time. We also have to address the lack of AI/Solo games for our customers that, while most of you dont agree, prefer to play solo. However, I applaud the work of the guys that put out the new titles. Al Amos I am thinking did the scenarios (along with others?) for the Gaulic wars. Rich and another fellow did the Mex-Am War. Thinking that the Antietam game may have been Doug who did Gettysburg but I may be mistaken. Bill, Nope, I didn't do anything for Gallic Wars. [:(] The Post Office took all my time. I put together the Texas War of Independence for The Mexican American War: 2 campaigns, and 20+ scenarios. Colonel Al Amos 1erè Brigade Commandant 2ème Division de Dragons |
