I wanted to say Marks Nelsm or Ken Jones...but I wasn't sure....old time guys...do you recall?? <center>-------------------------------------------------------- ![]() General der Infanterie Scott Prinz "Vorwärts" Ludwig von Allenstein-Dennewitz (Old Windy) (Windbagfrankfurter) (The Mad Prussian) (Herr Windbagenführer) Generalquartiermeister der Preußischen Armee Kommandeur Garde-Grenadier-Korps Königlich Preußische Armee am Niederrhein Webmaster & Club Cabinet - Public Relations Officer Vorwärts Meine Kinder, Vorwärts!! It wasn't me, highest I went was command of II Corps for a time. Cut into my pursuit of the perfect alcoholic beverage so I had to give it up. However I can't remember who in the heck it was either. But then again I can't remember the name of my aide half the time either. Lt. General Sir Mark Nelms K.G. 1st Regiment of Foot Guards |

Besides Steve Peluso, Pierre D. and myself who else is an original member? It would be interesting to see who is still around from the "old" days. I believe I am the longest serving officer in the Anglo-Allied Army. But I joined in late December 1998, some 10 months after the founding of the club. If you want a little nostalgia have a look at some of the early club newsletters... <center>Brigadier General Antony Barlow ~ 2nd British (Union) Brigade, Anglo-Allied Cavalry Corps ~ ~ 4th (Royal Irish) Dragoon Guards ~ ![]() |

Yeah, I was just reading through some of them yesterday. Chris Watties used to be the guy that did the newsletter. Remember some of the other fellows too! If you do a 'member since' sort you can see all the members when they joined and the last post gives you info as to whether they are still active. I guess we fall in to the NWC Gronards category,10years, my God. I was the first Alied CiC and Steve was the French CiC, a division of labour to get the ball rolling. I handed it over to Bill when he volunteered HeHe. Colonel Pierre D. Armee du Rhin VII Corps, 22eme Division, 1ere Brigade |
