Awarded by the VMI Commandant

Awarded to VMI Staff Officers who perform Outstanding

Service to VMI and to the CSA.
Must be engaged in 3) battles per month, his regular VMI duties,
must answer muster each month with his unit and provide services to

the Institute Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
Awarded by the Commandant upon completion of each term of service.
