Gentlemen,

Let me take the the opportunity, on behalf of the 1èr Corps d'Armée, to congratulate all of those officers of the Allied coalition who have today received an acknowledgement of their service.

I salute you all and invite you to put our differences aside for a short time to share a celebratory bottle of vin rouge or perhaps a cognac.
