Diameter of a circle is 3.1415....*D if I remember correctly. Hence, it travels 60 devided by 360 (degrees in a circle). Equals 1/6 th. So I beleive we would be moving 1/6 * 125 ft* Pi., or about 21*3.1415... or if you need to be more precise about 1/6*125*Pi. Gotta go to sons soccer practice, but I... |

Wish, myself and we as a country, could travel down there and help as well. Logistically, I suspect that would hinder rather than help even if we were allowed to. Hope they move quickly, the effort seems life and death. While I have no games with you, I have no doubt that no one in the club who will... |

I have at times suggested named leaders, rather than just leaders--thus all the more risky when your Brigade leader has been injured.

Cheers to the cabinet...ball appears to be in Larry's court. I hope all of this hoopla will not eventually result in a return to where it has been--and the issues can be placed on the backburner.

Prefer the full 1/2 turn all at once. While the computer sometimes makes odd choices, it is not as if an army commander could direct all his brigades to fire exactly as he wished. Thus, I am ok with it when a unit fires differently than I would. It also makes the flow of the game move faster, and on... |

Indeed toast to all those who are willing to take on the lonely and sometimes unpopular role of leadership in this club. Awfully nice of you all-- must be the high pay[:)] of the position that gives us such a good cadre. Thank You.

I fail to see why someone with passion for the club/game should be excluded, provided the club can survive with him as a member. I say he should rejoin, but then again that is not mine to decide. (He could have taken the dishonest approach, joining as say "Larry NOT SO Quick this time"). Feeling wor... |

Sir.
I would be willing (shoes seem to be quite a drawing card), I prefer 13a, as that way the game is always a bit different and not quite as easy to predict.

Sirs: So does that mean on the rare times I might score a pin in debating BG McDaniel, it is likely to be erased in two years? (he is very good, often holding his own, even while taking opinions sometimes seemingly difficult to defend[:D])....I don't know if I should find comfort or frustration in s... |

1) Yes--but considering how the question is phrased, I suppose this is the universal answer. 2)Yes(more battleground series)--just starting to play HPS, from what I see so far, I think I still will like BGG best, but I have to admit I like the music of Penisula--it grows on you. 3)Yes=> Franklin, Ge... |

Maj Gen Mike Kaulbars, Actually, I cannot do you that honor (of being the first), I am involved in two other HPS games----but----neither has had the first battle end yet. I am reluctant to accept your challenge as I fear I am even not totally getting the hang of the HPS system, but never show fear r... |

Side you are on, Unit for which you are assigned? All that would likely be helpful in finding an opponent.

Old topic, but I remember it, and you know what, it is actually becoming one of my favorite background musics of both BG and HPS, to date. Strange, but I think I like it--not that I am rushing to the CD store to pick up the greatest hits. Anyway, it has grown on me.

Brig Gen Mike Kaulbars;
Not to worry, if he has Shiloh, him and his men will just pick up some of them Union Vitals, as they run away[:)]
