Since Rich posted a thread in the MD area this is sort of redundant, but also not really. I don't want to keep punting that thread - as this area seems more of an appropriate fit. I am currently working on a Campaign Gettysburg page. At the moment I only have 3 of the maps done (the 2 smaller ones: ...

Hank, sir- I tried replying to your email through the boards here on my regular email account and it bounced on me. I did try it through the boards- and got no message -although I think it was probably set up to use the same email anyways. I just wanted to let you know I was not ignoring your messag...

CWB's hex grid is 28 x 6 ~To be clear, Hank is correct; this project is just about image editing. And while I hadn't considered the elevation difference (in terms of relative elevation) from one title to the next, doing the images within each given title is probably as far as I was considering going...

Yes, sir- it did come out earlier (I've been doing these in sort of the order the titles were released - for two reasons, 1 I needed somewhere to start, and the other was my guess that the earlier titles would have smaller maps). I also think too that some maps will actually tie directly in to other...

Er @#%! there goes my big planned splash for my next upcoming muster report. [:D] Hank that sounds like a good idea. I want to get maps up first (working out what are submaps has been a little bit of work) -and think your idea is a logical extension of the concept. Although I think I would probably ...

Technically you can use those as per your example- the hitch comes as from title to title the OOBs will point to different locations on that type of graphic file so it is possible that occasionally you wind up with say, Reb unit graphics showing up on Union units and vice versa. -wait- .. the above ...

Col Strickler: The answer is it depends upon your title. A lot of time the Parameter Data is reused from one title to the next. I have seen a lot of Mixed Arms units in Campaign Ozarks, particularly in the Boonesboro scenario with the Missouri State units. I suppose the more complete answer might be...

My recommendation is that cold steel and liberal applications of artillery ammunition seem to put a damper on butternut coloured irrational exuberance. Fully confident of a successful outcome. As talk is somewhat cheaper than some well placed artillery rounds. [8D] Col Stephen Trauth AotT XV Corps/3...

Ok -well I guess I can use the topic -and just change the title. ____ In reference to this old post - I had a thought about this in my own limited little web designer world (the topic is basically looking for good fonts and graphics if you don't want to call up the archived post.). http://www.wargam...

Actually it might have been a little worse than you think -- he was kicking my rear in a MG game at the same time -on the side (although in all fairness it was an older file he'd found and I was already pretty much toast in it - but decided what the heck ... why not finish it out). :) Col Stephen Tr...

I don't know if this is of any use to any future web designers (and I am not volunteering for it) ... I came across this in some of my other projects - this site has a lot of archived sites ( including this club's site). http://web.archive.org/web/ Edit: Apparently this has caused an issue, w...
