I'm saddened to see the passing of the AoJ, my first Army command. Put a lot of my heart and soul into that organization. However, I also contemplated its disbandment during my tenure ad CoA so I know the circumstances that caused it's retirement. The AoJ may be retired but it will always hold a pro...

I think adding Napoleonic type skirmishers to the ACW engine would be a big mistake. We've already got a skirmisher rule that I think is entirely adequate in representing how skirmishers were used in the American Civil War. I wouldn't mind seeing cavalry units being able to break down but I'd prefer...

Is it just you Rebs that have a problem or is it just me? I've played I don't know how many hundred of games in this club and another and I don't think I've ever had a problem running out of ammunition playing as the Union. Now as former Reb Ned Simms will attest most of my troops don't live long en...

I thought there was a feature that gave a chance of a unit disappearing if it took casualties that reduced it below a certain level. Didn't always happen but that there was a chance that it could.

Thanks for asking Rich! The thing I would like to see most of all is the defensive fire tweaked so units fire more. Otherwise I'd like them in the following order. 4 (as an optional rule) 5 (at 1/2 rate) 3 (don't play AI but I suppose someone would want this) 1 (as an optional rule) 2 don't see the ...

C'mon Ned, admit it. Your fortunes took a serious downward turn when you switched sides and quit playing against me. [8D] Heck, I've considered switching to the Reb side just so we could start all over again.

But considering the size of your butt 80 points of fatigue wouldn't be near enough! [:D]

Sorry, but I'm interested in doing the big campaign scenario. I'll pass on the multi-scenario one.
