And I'm unsure if it would cause any problem on the road, if the artillery unit is unlimbered would it effect infantry or cavalry in column going through that hex? actually i think you have to pay an extra movement cost and every unit of yours that passes thru the hex has to "recapture" t... |

i don't like it because if you capture guns that are situated on a road you can't move them and that clutters the roads. in real life you would just roll them off to the side. |

as david said, the patches don't effect games in progress. there is no reason not to update. if everybody updates there is no problem. |

well the second great beer and oyster raid has concluded. myself and deano had a very great time tonite(as always). deano also taught me how to eat crawdads. we are still awaiting word from jeff bangma who is in theatre but stuck on a boat somewhere nearby

here is a link to video programs presented by some of the licensed battlefield guides at gettysburg. they consist of short videos filmed at the actual locations. i highly recommend the artillery program by george newton. just click on the guides to see what prgrams they offer. some might have sound ... |

charles how about scenario 47 or 48 in chickamauga, meeting engagement with no objectives 130 turns. i'm also one of those people who do not like artillery capture, everything else is fine. my email is stots7tn@aol.com i believe the rebs are up first
