General Hulinsky,
Yes sir, that is the tune. You can usually hear it played by Civil War reenactors in camp around these parts. There is a version of it in the HPS Ozark game if anyone wants to hear it there as well.

Gents, If you will take a moment to watch the All Blacks Haka you will begin to get the drift of our little Kiwi brother's thinking. Note to the uninitiated: this video is best viewed through the bottom of two freshly emptied pints. Four if you want the full 4D effect. http://www.youtube.com/watch?... |

General Hulinsky, My picture over there is of Jo Shelby. A fine Missourian and one of the better cavalry commanders of the war. He led his "Iron Brigade" of Missouri Volunteers. The tune Shelby's Mule is about his great Missouri Raid in 1863. Most Yankees just start running when they get a... |

Gentlemen <salute> In recognition of General Pinkham's service to the CSA I'd like to present him this fine jug of corn squeeze-ins from Missouri. http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/r791/turkeyrustler/Platte_Valley_Moonshine_1_zps8388ac41.jpg Suh, please do make sure to keep it away from open flame... |

Gentlemen, Rugby? Well I'm at a loss for that one. I'll have to get a book or something I guess. Deer season is coming up here real soon! I wouldn't worry too much about getting skunked. Heck, I've been skunked way too many times to count. I just remember that a bad day hunting is still a pretty dar... |

General Hulinsky, A Cornhusker, eh? It's been tough on you all since Tom Osborne left. I always liked the way his teams played the game. I saw your Huskers destroy the Tigers more times than I really care to remember. I'm glad that we have Texas A&M in Columbia, I like our chances so we might ma... |

General Hulinsky, Great fishing and hunting here in Missouri so the Tigers aren't our only saving grace. Hunting and fishing have definitely been better than the Tigers over the years! You tell them boys from Tennessee that it will be alright. They have Jack Daniels right there to soothe the wounds ... |

Well I know what I'll be "foraging" tonight, and what is on the schedule for this my battery's officer's mess tent. Man that barbecue post sounded delicious! To Turkey Rustler, thats some good fortune, in a smaller scenario like Wilson's Creek 54VPs is pretty significant. I suffered a maj... |

Well, being born and raised in Missouri I'll admit that I'm biased when it comes to Kansas City style being the best BBQ. In the interest of fairness though I believe it's in the best interest of the Army of Alabama to host a BBQ and make available all manner of southern BBQ gastric delights for com... |

Gentlemen, I'm currently engaged at Wilson's Creek with the yankee Major Derek Hampel of the Army of Tennessee. Some of my Arkansas Razorbacks charged up Bloody Hill and collared this here fella hiding in some bushes. http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/r791/turkeyrustler/nathaniel-lyon-thumb_zps10a... |
