I am sure you are a Terrible Swift Sword afficaendo but I heard there is a newer version-Three Days at Getteysburg, Is this an updated version, are you familier with it and if so do you reccommend it?

But consider this-no longer would the checkerboard defense work-you would HAVE to present solid lines and strong ones at that. Flanks could NEVER be left hanging. This could lead to...

Sir
Different ideas for sure;

What do YOU want to accomplish with these rules changes? How do YOU feel that these rules changes will make the games more realistic?

You alluded to a response from Mr. Tiller. Has he addressed your rules directly and what did he say?

The command rules listed here are very similer to the house rules I used in a couple games against Generals Adams and General Thayer and reported here at the tavern as we played.. Outside of having to remember to use them we all felt that the system worked quite well. Silly flanking moves with tiny ...

Have you sent these rules to John Tiller or to HPS? I think this is is the next level in our games but it needs to be encoded.

For AAR fans this is good stuff. I like the way Mark is spreading out his posts so one doesnt have to wade through so much material on each thread,[:D]
