I was looking through the rules and I don't see how the general membership brings things forward for a vote by the whole club, or even the cabinet for that matter? Ive upgraded my TS BGBR to 32 bit, and I'm trying to find Norris-Frost files for same? Looked in ACWGC Cartography and no go? anyone have a link or know where I can get those files? Thanks in advance
