The 14/28 thing presupposes that you need to have a some sort of distinction for elevation. I am not sure that is really that true in 3d. The 3d itself is the elevation can be the distinction. However, that being said, I do know that in some series they do do some color differentiation in the 3d fil... |

Steve et al I've been thinking it IS a bug, but I wanted to get some views from the field first. Yes, the pdt controls the parameters--hence the name--and I AM referring to Overland games, which I designed. Things just don't seem to be jiving as they should. John Ferry Overland co-designer. 6 of the 13 flags... see that was the thing ... keeping Chattanooga was never a part of the plan until what point it looked like that 6 of 13 flags would fall - and the 7th would have been gifted as Chattanooga itself, therefore - we were unable to leave Chattanooga. I remember that I did a lot of m... |

I think it is a trick question - doesn't the pdt file determine how much fatigue is covered by the usual non-actions? And if so then doesn't the scenario designer code the pdt table to how they see fit? I am pretty sure that this is controlled by a pdt table in the Musket and Pike engine. -Edited fr... |

Fwiw - in the CWB series Scenario editor if you go in to the menu and go Scenario (right next to File on the top most menu), then -> Terrain Graphics -> Alternate -this sets the map graphcs as what you would have in the Map/Alt folder of your CWB titles. The stock graphics that are in there are the ... |

Heh -I forgot that I was Polk... As this all happened about a year or more ago things are a bit hazy on my end - however, I think the fakery around Chattanooga town itself extended to our lines as well -as I was very interested in putting up a facade that that was what was happening - as I wanted to... |

Plus it looks like I get to play in the next one on the CSA side as well - purely for military science purposes of course. |

In addition to this- The Renaissance, the notes file from that title (which I got on SDC), also has a guide for how to edit the PDT and OOB files in the Musket and Pike series (which was based upon material put together for the Napoleonic Battles' series). I only bring this up, in that the series ca... |

Here's one, speaking of how many electronic men you can place on the head of a pin: A hex being 125 yards, with 1000 men in the hex, all firing, that would be eight ranks blazing away at once. Aren't there some board games that limit the number of men that can fire out of a hex, regardless of the n... |
