Gentlemen of the South:
I have an opening on my dance card and would like to start a new battle. I am open to any suggestions, and will acept almost anything offered. If someone wants to fight, send a courier at once.

"COMMAMD" Thank you Notso! And thank you for getting two John Wayne movies into your message. In Fort Apache, Henry Fonda (Col. Owen Thursday) tells Capt. Kirby York (John Wayne): "When you are in command, Sir,... Command!" You have also commanded well in your shepherding of FtW these last three yea...

What is the "simultaneous plot and move" system which you referred to? How does it differ from either TS or HPS systems? Thanks for your explanation.

Hey Ernie,
Is that the war that gave rise to the phrase "to see the elephant"?

Sir: I think sometime in the fall - September - would be great. I wouldn't even object to having to wear the target. The way you gentlemen shoot, I will have nothing to worry about. But, a Moose leaves other dangerous objects to be careful of. Oh well, it is your car. Jim Gleason LG 4-2-I AoP

Cant get to Fredricksburg. Saw it when I was at TillerCon I. Great site. I will be at TillerCon II since it is so close to home. What inquiring minds want to know, however, is: When is "See Ya at Antietam"?

Now that I know my username and password, it works fine. You may be having trouble since you ditched the picture of the horse with the western saddle.

Is anyone aware of anything awry with Gen. Don Adams. I have been trying to reach him for a week, and my couriers apparently are getting killed before they reach him. If anyone is in contact with him, please advise him that I need access to the Records Site. My thanks.

The only one that really trips my trigger is #4. I think a forced march should take some toll on a unit. This is particularly true at night.

No offense taken, Dierk. I happen to agree with you. The problem at that time was that no one was better than McClellan at preparing an army to fight. He just couldn't bring himself to let go and duke it out with his opponent.

Gentlemen: I always thought McClellan could have done better. I am looking to try my hand at either BG Antietam or a full Peninsula Camapign. Any Reb takers out there?
