If interested shoot me an email. We're looking for two yanks to play a hypothetical Gettysburg scenario that Rich Walker just posted. The confederates have a 4th corps on the field to give balanced game play. The yanks have 106,000 inf while the confederates have 96,000. Yanks start at the bottom of... |

Gents, This question may have come up previously so my apologies if it has, but does anyone have any recommendations on what medium to large scenarios would offer the following for a 2v2 multi-player game? 1. Both yanks and confederates have a reasonable chance to win. 2. Both sides have the reasona... |

Good question. Another question. I've noticed many of my opponents building breastworks on top of permanent fortifications/embankments. And not one to be left behind I've blindly followed suit.[:D] 1. Does anyone know if the breastwork modifier (Peninsula -30%) is added to the embankment modifier (P... |

My job has taken me away from the club for a while to deal with the effects caused by Katrina and it's sad to say that our historical places weren't exempt from the storm. For those of you who are interested in American Civil War preservation here's a New York Times article on how Katrina severely d... |

Hey blue bellies, anyone interested in giving HPS Shiloh campaign a go? I bought mine a few weeks ago at Tiller-Con and just now have the opportunity to play. I haven't played any scenarios yet so maybe we can give it a go together. I can usually exchange one file a day. I play with all options on (... |

I'm currently reading about the Battle of the Wilderness and the see-saw affair it was. One interesting fact I read was how the ratio of wounded to killed was higher due to the fact that artillery wasn't employed much in the battle. I guess rifle bullets aren't as efficient in killing as artillery c... |

With Memorial Day coming up I'll be heading to the beach this weekend and enjoying the freedom of being able to do so. This freedom as we all know was bought with a price. When watching the replay of your opponents last move etc. is there a "pause" button that can be pressed to stop the replay temporarily?[?] Some of the replays can be several mins long and it would be nice to pause play in case the phone rings etc. I've looked and can't find one, but maybe I haven't ... |
