Rich, You're welcome. I initially concentrated on my horror movies and just never got around to everything else. That sounds like a good project for a rainy day... <blockquote id="quote"><font size="3" face="book antiqua" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"><i>Originally posted by Ric... |

My vote is Glendale, July 30, 1862. Lee had a real chance to cut off a good portion of the AotP, but Jackson slept, and the great opportunity was lost.

Guys, I was involved in helping Drew a little with the OOB as an information-gatherer, and there defintely were more Confederates in and around Richmond than was previously thought. I really like the way the game plays, especially since the Union player knows he is not outnumbered as Kennon pointed ... |

I've not only played it. I was so impressed I started a fan site for it. There is a new review up at http://www.wargamer.com for anybody interested. They gave the game their Award For Excellence, so I'm not the only one who thinks highly of it. The review is at: http://www.wargamer.com/reviews/civil... |

Mike, I knew I was forgetting something, and it turned out to be an important something! That same subject has been brought up at the MMG forums as well. They are deciding between multiplayer, or some "strategic" aspect. For my money, I really, really hope they go multiplayer. I haven't played a str... |

Dirk, I sure can. This one seems more "zoomed in" than Sid Meier's SMG and SMA games. It is also much slower in terms of the 1:1 real time. For instance, you could play the entire Battle of Gaines Mill (a mod for SMG) in an hour or so eden though it lasted all day. A Bull Run (hereafter referred to ... |

Gen. Mallory, You couldn't be more mistaken! [:D] If the designers of Bull Run heard someone say their game was a first-person shooter they'd probably fall down and die. Dirk, I think you will be VERY pleasantly surprised by Bull Run: Take Command 1861. I preordered it due to its low price and when ... |

Dale, I've wondered the same thing myself. The new scenario pool dried up right around the time Gettysburg came out last August. Somehow I think that's not a coincidence. [;)] I'm thinking about creating a few small scenarios myself. I'm currently reading a second book on Ball's Bluff, and if I can ... |
