Wow! You totally took the plunge and volunteered for the Union cause. :)

The "Sssshhhhhh, it's OK" reference is the knife/fight seen from Private Ryan". Pretty dramatic seen and shocking.

What did you think of the game and graphics? Is it worth the $29.00 price?

Jason/Christian,

Don't forget about the game in development.....War of Rights

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4240 ... of_Rights/

Gen Ken Whitehead bought it and did some post and video. I think that seems to be the most realistic one I've seen.

I made the plunge. Will see how it goes. NP doing a single player right now. Always willing to try, what appears to be, a good quality game. Will let you know how it goes. :) You have to pay extra right now for the additional soundtracks. I'm only going with the basic download at this point. Would a...

Actually, the one in the BLUE is Sam's cousin Billy from the North. ;) The only way to tell them apart is their uniform color or mustaches.

Gen. Meyer, sir <salute> Joe, maybe an easy fix would be to make the flags a neutral icon so no one knows who owns it or remove the flags from the files so they don't appear? This would need to be agreed to by both parties as a house rule but would keep this less obvious to who holds the objective. ...

John, I know you'll put up a good fight. You're always full of determination and a hell of a guy.

We're all here for you and stand by you.

Hold strong, John.

Can't wait to face one of your all out outrageous Rebel charges again.

Our prayers are with you,
Derek

Major Campbell, sir. <salute> You forgot to widen the photo showing the banner on Gen. Jenkins horse showing the slogan..... "Davis 1864! - MSGA" (MSGA = Make the South Great Again!) This must be a photo from one of Davis's election rallies. They also give out free red hats with MSGA logo ...

Aaahh, I remember him. That's old Confederate General Jenkins. We've captured him and his boys about three times during battle. We always release him back to the Rebs as him and his boys are pretty harmless. Just goes to show, those Rebs will draft or recruit just about anyone to fill the ranks. ;)

Love the image of the young Reb soldier in the backdrop jumping into the Butternut dye pool to color his uniform. Always wondered how they got their uniforms that color. :)
