You may already be aware of the situation that General Helinski has resigned his position as Commander of the Confederate Armies. Great changes were being made under his command and now those changes are being placed, hopefully for only a short term, on hold. Please accept my most sincere apologies for any inconveniences this may cause you. I encourage you to keep up your gaming and enjoy all that the club has to offer. In the past, disruptions have happened and this Grand Army has worked its way through the mire; it will, with your help, do the same now.

I also would take this time to apologies for the lack of communication I have provided. While it is no excuse, I have a reason for the situation. Since the December 28 I have been relocating my camp to climates more warm than north east Illinois. The camp is now set, the horses made secure and the coffee hot. Now I shall not only not have an excuse but also not have a reason to be derelict in my duties.
