General Hulinsky <salute>

Suh, get rid of that gator? He seems to be the most sane officer around at times, and his appointment as temporary acting brevet command sergeant major has never been rescinded.

Besides, who would you rather have around if the Yanks cause trouble?

Commanders, call your units to attention!

Officers of the Army of the Mississippi, I have called this assembly to summarize for all, friend and foe, the results of your endeavors as well as to decorate those among you who have demonstrated uncommon tenacity against those people.

The Army of the Mississippi engaged in 18 battles during the month of November, resulting in 5 victories, 10 draws, and 3 defeats. Notable accomplishments during the quarter follow:

Captain Mark Rogers, report!

Suh, you are being honored for having achieved Outstanding Brigade, having engaged in 4 battles resulting in a victory and 3 draws. This is an outstanding achievement in your first month of commission, reflecting great credit on you, I Corps, the Army of the Mississippi, and the Confederate States Army. Congratulations, suh!

Major General Michael Mihalik, report!

Suh, you are being honored for having completed 174 battle turns in victory, the result of your endurance and commitment to our glorious cause. The records show it was a major victory, an obvious sign of a stubborn Yank who just didn't realize he was beaten. Well done in keeping up the fire to convince him of his error. You are awarded your first Award for Gallantry, reflecting great credit on you, I Corps, the Army of the Mississippi, and the Confederate States Army.

Colonel Robert Webb, report!

Suh, you are being recognized for your determination to weather the storm and refusing to give an inch to those people. The record shows that your forces held their ground for 93 turns before retiring. There are two ways to fight, accept defeat early or being stubborn while seeking an advantage which might change the tide of the battle. Your stubborness reflects great credit on you, II Corps, the Army of the Mississippi, and the Confederate States Army.

Gentlemen, this concludes the ceremony. We will retire to the officer's mess where refreshments will be served.

Sir <Salute>

I appreciate the honor. You can't win if you leave the field.
