Gentlemen <salute>

I'm here to honor Lieutenant General Tom Phillips, recently transferred from the Army of the Mississippi. While no longer in command, his previous command (2nd Division, I Corps) was recognized as the Outstanding Division in the Army for the 2nd consecutive quarter!

General Phillips, I am honored to present the Army of the Mississippi Outstanding Division Award for your leadership and contributions to your previous command.
