Neal,

A very good question, Sir! <salute>

The fine Officer's of III Corps won the honor during the 3rd Quarter of the year but they are designated the Honor Guard for the 4th Quarter of the year.

That gives them a full 90 days to strut around the Club Taverns! I hear you get a lot of free drinks when you are a member of the Honor Guard! :wink:
