The 2 Good Generals are also fishing in the same river...just a little ways down... They catch a huge number of fish. Gen Dortch says to Gen Eichelberger, “We’ll have to come back to this exact spot tomorrow!”
Gen Eichelberger asks, “But how will we remember where this spot is?”
Gen Dortch then takes a can of red spray paint, paints an X on the bottom of the boat to mark the spot, and says, “We’ll just look for this big red X tomorrow.”
Gen Eichelberger says, “But wait! How do you know we’ll get the same boat?”
