<font color="pink">A Tournament between recent graduates of the Vicksburg Military Institute and West Point with a rank of Major or less. <font color="beige"><b>Additionally, VMI Instructors are challenging West Point Instructors to a one round battle each! <font color="orange">The Challenge has been met and the pairings posted! Thanks to all for participating!</font id="orange"></b></font id="beige"><b></b>

BASIC PRINCIPLES:

<ul><li>To provide recent graduates of OCS an opportunity to begin Club play with a like member. </li><li>Battle scenarios selected to be determined by Title availability.</li><li>May only battle the same opponent once.</li><li>May only battle the same scenario on the same side once.
</li><li>Points for the tournament will be: </li> <ul><li>3 points for a Major Victory </li><li>2 points for a Minor Victory </li><li>1 point each for a Draw </li></ul><li>A Medal and companion Ribbon will be awarded to all participants who complete at least one battle.</li><li>Points tallied up after each calendar year will result in the award of the 1st place Trophy to that institution with the highest total. A runner up Trophy will also be issued.</li></ul>

This is a great idea. It's so embarrasing when I keep getting whupped by Yankee Lieutenants and Captains -- this will give them a better challenge and allow me to save face at the same time! (It's not nearly so humiliating to lose to a General [:D] !)
