American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Gentlemen
Following on from the recent Recruitment posts I have noticed that there is no ACWGC link on the HPS site http://www.hpssims.com/Pages/Links/links.html
I don't think I missed anything. There are a lot of wargame links but I don't see ours. I wonder if our members who are HPS staff can assist here?

Similarly the NWS store does not have any info re game clubs:

I am sure some promotion of the ACWGC on their sites could assist in increasing our membership as well as increasing their sales.

The club's best course would be to drop a line to support@hpssims.com and get the request lodged in the system with HPS. Can't tell why they don't - they also got at least one other club's link down wrong, which leads one to think they might not be all that current with their links there ... but then again they got a link to the AW blog which I know is fairly new... which leads one to believe just the opposite.

I do know that each of HPS' inserts come with an insert pointing to: http://www.hist-sdc.com/hps/opponents.htm

I know that is up to date.

I was unaware of the http://www.hist-sdc.com/hps/opponents.htm link. It is a well put together & informative link. You say it is an insert in the HPS games? I last bought about 6 months ago from NWS (much better pricing) and there was no insert of this nature so maybe it is just those games bought directly from HPS.

Anyway as you suggest I will send mail to support@hpssims.com today.
