Rich! [:I] IS MY FACE RED! I guess I haven't been reading carefully enough and went off "half-spiked. I always download the associated documentation files and what's new that you include with the patches. I had just jumped into this game not even realizing that the new patch included spiking and hadn't read them yet. It just stunned me to see what happened so this explanation, embarrassing as it is now, is certainly good news. Thanks as always.

I thought this would be interesting to note after my earlier post and being confused about the new inclusion of spiking and its effects on the game; and in particular given all of the various discussions of the practice and its historic justification. I was reading an article in a back issue of the June 2006 issue of “Military Heritageâ€
