Gentlemen of the Club:

Here is a recap of the items addressed by the Cabinet during February:

1) Discussed Mason-Dixon Tavern registrations and considered revising our procedures to make sure new club members aren’t left hanging when the primary registrar is unavailable.
2) Approved four CSA promotions in the General ranks.
3) Discussed club-wide awards. (Final decision was to make no changes at this point, leaving recognition for club-wide work primarily in the hands of the CoA's.)

If anyone has any questions or comments regarding Cabinet work, feel free to send a courier to my tent.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

General Ludwig, at the rate we're exchanging turns at Ft. George, you could send the photos via U.S. postal service and still keep up [:D] !
