 Post subject: Weather feature

I received several quaestions about this topic.

First, the weather is meant to simulate plausible weather patterns and smoke problems during a battle.

Things to expect:

1) Less visibilty
2) Greater MP costs (125-150% greater costs)
3) Fire value and melee value reductions (10-25%)

So is this the same as what we have in the Napoleonic games? It's great to see new features constantly being added to the games.
