Gentlemen, I have a small problem. I am playing a game that my opponent has his Corinth file at 1.08v. My Corinth file is at 1.01v..I copied the Corinth file... created a new folder for the 1.08v..Tried to download the 1.08 and received an error message...I went to Ken's site and downloaded his "back to original files"...When I upgrade the files to 1.08v I received the same error message...."Can't create output file:C\Program Files\HPS Simulations\Campaign Corinth\Armstrongsraid.oob"........How can I get the second Corinth file folder to 1.08v without using explosives.....Thanks

Lt. Gen John Dragan III/AoA

The simplest way is to rename your Corinth v1.01 to something like Corinth_v101.

Then place your Corinth disk in and it will install the game in the new "Campaign Corinth" folder. Remember that you have to install using the TYPICAL option.

Download the v1.08 files and PLACE them IN your new Campaign Corinth folder. If you placed the NEW Campaign Corinth install into your "C" drive, then you just have to click on the file and follow the instructions. If you installed on a different drive, change the drive letter in the update dialog box, then it will work correctly.

(I just went to the HPS site and was able to download v1.08, without problems.)

After all that, you now have a Corinth v1.01 and v1.08. Make your shortcuts to point to the new install and you should have no difficulty.

This might be more info than you need, but you never know.[:D]
