I'm afraid there's been a mistake, with only 283 OBD points Col Hodgkiss is a mite shy of the 300 needed for that first star. I think Gen Corbin must have accidently promoted Col Hodgkiss when he meant to promote BGen Jenkins. [:0]

Sorry Rusty, looks like you'll have to wait a bit longer for your star. In the meantime when your done helping Gen Thompson celebrate here the two of you can join me at the Winchester and we'll open a bottle of my private stock and discuss how we're gonna surprise those rebs in our MP game.
