Since you admin weenies will be doing the work, I would say when the workers are available that would be the time to start. Posting a warning, for a few hours, that the site will be down for upgrading may cause fewer problems

Good Afternoon Admin Weenies,

I think anytime that you all can get together as one. I like the suggestion that LtC Baker stated about giving a warning approx two hours before you bring it down so that everyone will know.

Or you could test out your new mass email system and send an email to all club members advising them that the site is going down for a upgrade.

If no one has told you Admin Weenies lately thanks... I want to be the first THANKS for all your work.

Hi Larry,

Looks great. Thanks for ya'll hard work, but is a admin weenie the same as a Navy Radiogirl [:D] oops I mean Radionmen [;)] Again thanks for all of the hard work ya'll have done the club wouldn't be the same. [:)]Yesterday on the history channel was a good show about Submariners was about two hours long. Called something like A Century of Submarines.
