I just realized that the 69th Ohio is located in both McCook's Brigade (350 Men) and in Stanley's Brigade (300 Men) at the historical scenario of the HPS Battle of Chickamauga game. Any reason or is this just an error? The official OOB lists the 69th as part of McCook's Brigade at Chickamauga. Stanley's Brigade should, as far as I can tell, have three regiments (19th IL, 11th MI, 18th OH) and exclude the double-listed 69th Ohio.

Looked in Dyer's Compendium. It says that the 69th Ohio was transferred from 2/2/XIV to 2/1/XIV in October, 1863. It also says it was assigned to guard a supply train during the Battle of Chickamauga. Anyway, it was assigned to 2nd Brigade during Chickamauga, and 1st Brigade during Chattanooga. Could that explain the discrepancy?

I am not sure. If you look in 039 Chick_Chickamauga (H) . scn you will see the 69th Ohio fixed in place within Chattanooga and then with McCook's Brigade north of the battlefield.

Since 69 is the same upside down, the Union is using both regiments, one uses the upside down designation. :)

Have spotted a few of these across the various titles.

A repeat of the 8th New York at First Bull Run on the Antietam disk springs to mind. I know there are scenarios on Antietam where entire Reb Brigades are on the map twice!

I guess the Historical OOB's used as reference when creating the games sometimes list units that were reassigned during the campaign and it's easy to lose track of the repeat entries when designing scenarios.

Never known it to be too much of a problem though I did have to object when I found myself facing A Reb Brigade x 2 on a hypothetical Antietam scenario. I thought I was going crazy initially seeing a Brigade at one side of the map suddenly re-appear miles away on the other side. :?
