Are there any restrictions on the size or number of posts that the MDT can handle? I'm trying to decide if I need to continue the ACW Day By Day series with a separate thread for 1862 or if I can continue it in one thread for the whole war.

Ned: I suggest that you start a new thread for each year in case someone wants to refer back to a particular day. It would be easier to access wouldn't it?

I checked the limitations and do not find anything concerning the length of the THREAD!

But, I agree that a yearly limit of the WAR posts would be a good idea.

Seems like a good idea to me too, so come 1 January I'll start a new thread continuing the series into 1862.
