With every "friendly fire" you conduct (meaning you fire offensively from a hex which is also occupied by a leader), there should be a 0.05% chance the leader becomes a casualty from friendly fire. Might sound silly but Stonewall Jackson wouldn't think so. It might also painfully remind people to keep the generals BEHIND their lines and not in their lines during the game.
I propose any brigade commander who is behind the lines while his units face the enemy should cost his command a one level drop in morale
