Gentlemen,

It is my pleasure to announce three promotions in the Confederate army:

Brigadier General Mark Tuttle, of the Army of Georgia, is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General.

Brigadier General Steve Edgar, of the Army of Northern Virginia, is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General.

Lieutenant General Jon Cuneo, of the Army of Alabama, is hereby promoted to the rank of General.

I'll buy the first round of drinks here in honor of these three fine officers. However, the big parties will be held in their respective taverns (I'm buying all night there [:D] !), so swing by and have a drink on my tab, and congratulate these soldiers on their fine records.
