Andersons' division now held the sunken road, was
clawing at the remnants of several union formations.
More and more artillery wheeled onto the field. The
town was now almost taken, a few routed units to deal
with. The major fighting was now on the Hill itself,
with swirling fighting from end to end, neither side
able to win a significant margin. And always more
grey-coated soldiers appearing to take the place of
those lost......
