Hé! Swaggering yankee clods and salauds! You t'ink you can conquer le Canada, eh? You got to get past me first, Morbleu! I challenge you to meet me in War of 1812, any scenario, even campaign! I like to try alternate.pdt, is negotiable. Any Jonathan have guts to meet a true Canadien? Alternate PDT is fine. How about Plattsburg A scenario.

We can discuss options via courier

Eh! Canada has always had identity problems. If you t'ink you are a yankee, mon Colonel, who am I, a simple Voyageur, to disabuse you? En garde!

Gents, could you please fight the Yankee Rebels instead of each other? I find it also confusing that one of our boys speaks French, but at least he is on the right side ... I once met a Yankee here who swore to defend Canada against our invasion!

Hé, Bourgeois, it is confusing to rule an Empire on Which The Sun Never Sets, no? Not only loyal habitants francophones in Canada, but Dutch-speakers in the Cape Colony, Spanish in Minorca, Italo-Arabic in Malta, native American languages in British Honduras, Inuit in the Great Northwest, the 50 or so major languages of the Indian subcontinent, Irish-Scots-Welsh gaelic, and most challenging of all: Australian, mate!

Ah, the German-Frenchman with an oddly English sounding name...you aren't Bill Peters' kid are you? What do you say to Lundy's Lane or Crysler's Farm? ALternate PDF? What do you mean? As long as it ain't too radical I'd be up for it. Send a courier to discuss final optional rule terms.

Cheers,

Pvt Cameron,

The alternate pdt file refers to one that reflects the ground scale to weapon effectiveness a bit better.

Unless of course the Brits are trying to sneak their "US has no powder" version in. hehehehe...

I t'ank you, monsieur Amos, for your clarification. pdt, pdf, pdd... Ees too many lettres for a poor illiterate Voyageur to comprehend, eh?
Private Cameron, I will gladly meet you on ze field of Plymouth..? Dodge..? Chrysler Farm, but as I will be absent 18-24 August on a trip to Pologne, let us postpone the encounter until after that. Eh?

Ensign Amos, I think you mean the infamous and rude "Yankees have no balls (or powder)" version...
