Al, Rich,
New Orleans is listed with 24 turn. But within the battle I see only 16 turns. A mistake? Bad intelligence? Betrayal? Or .. is the reason that God is american

New Orleans is one tough battle for the Brits to win. I'm going to play it soon though because I want revenge for the poor Brit bagpiper who gets plugged, resulting in a hilarious scene where his last shrill note tails off as he goes down...in the movie "The Buccaneer".

Rich,
I have the 1.02 patch. Helping not for this fight

Phil,
I know"The Buccaneer". But as I remember they have fog there and the guns would not fire at large range onto my brave men. You are right. Only bandits firing on bagpipers

Actually, we do have Pirates(Lafitte's) present at the battle. If it seems like my cannon are firing intermittenly..well it is. You see they fire, cup their ears, listen for pipes. If they still hear them, they fire again at another target.

Would you Brits please make up your minds. First we are scolded for targeting officers, not we are put down for picking off pipers from long range. Should you just send us a list of eligible targets? Or color code your uniforms?

Do I remember correctly that the heathens, rebels, and pirates even shoot down a lowly British drummer boy in that movie? tsk tsk
