You have to look under many, many rocks to even find an American opponent.

We licked 'em good the last time, way back in 1776, so they are still gun shy.

I say, when did Lt.Col Sands escape from close custody after Chateauguay? My dear Regular Talmy, I would be quite happy to engage you in an 1812 battle! Do you have a preference for your final resting place? Send a courier to my camp to discuss final details.

Cheers,

I'd also like to root out an American opponent for any 1812 scenario (I've just acquired 1812 a few days ago, but not started any PBEM games yet), but I'm also willing to have a manoeuvre game against a fellow British/Canadian/Indigenous American player.
A shortish scenario would be preferable, but I'll fight any battle, even New Orleans. (something of a death-wish, I think? - but I won't feel bad if I lose, whereas if I can win ...)
