Allied General Tournament Winner

Winner of the first IWC Allied General Tournament is PanzerCruz, a.k.a. George Cruz (USA).

This started in March 1998 and ended on April 15th 1999, when PanzerCruz accepted the surrender of Andrea Bigi in the final battle for Germany. Forty-five players have played more than 3,200 moves in 166 different games.
