Yup, I saw that this was the case. I also noticed that each side has to go in on their first turn and make the change. I agree tit's too bad you are not given the chance to set this before play begins. First, it hampers the second player as they lose their artillery for their first df phase. Second,... |

Gentlemen, I am happy to be back in the arena after an extended leave period. I have recently converted all of my HPS games to the JTS version and have just begun a couple of pbem games. One of the big things I've noticed in our phased turn game with auto defensive fire is that artillery does not ap... |

Looking for a Rebel who is interested in a phased game, i.e. MDF/ADF, preferably The Battle of the Wilderness, 3 Days at Gettysburg, or Antietam. Will entertain other battle suggestions if no interested in the aforementioned. I am amenable to use of most of the other optional rules, so am ready to d... |

I am delighted that you've accepted my game request, Cam. Can you send me your email address, as I've had computer problems since I've last been involved with the club and am in the process of rebuilding my address book. My email is bw42bill@verizon.net. One quick question so I can set the game up a... |

I'm looking for a Reb opponent for a game of Overland Campaign. Specifically Scenario 119 , 12:00 Noon, May 5th, Wilderness. I am interested in a Phased game only, and am open to any and all optional rules, though Manual Defensive Fire is a must (or at least that's my memory of how the set up worked... |

I just completed my first solitaire game with a Union Decisive Victory by Feb. 1863. I thoroughly enjoyed the game system and found the AI to be challenging. But I do have one question for anyone who is familiar with this game. I found that the Union was NEVER given the opportunity to form Corps in ... |

Jeff, I never could completely get through the withdrawal process. At least the shakes have stopped now. I should be totally back in shape when I get my first game going. Which will not be too much longer. |

Thanks gents, for the wonderful welcome, I have truly missed you all. Cam, as you wouldn't desert the "All Blacks" in NZ Football, I can never desert the "All Blues" here (I've still got the shirt). But thanks for the offer. It's also great to see the exalted rank you've risen to... |

To my old comrades and new comrades to come, I would like to say how pleased I am to announce that after a lengthy retirement I have rejoined the AotP and will shortly be getting back into the swing of things, albeit a little slowly for now. In the time that I have been away, I have been heavily eng... |

Yup, Cam and I had a great time, we also managed to visit Antietam that weekend. I was last there about 6 weeks ago and marvel at the restoration projects that are going on. The ground over which Hood's division advanced on day two has been and is still being cleared and looks totally different, pro... |
