Scott, you know the area well... that's some good advice. [;)] I actually lived in Arlington, then Woodbridge, then Stafford (where the bombs from Quantico would rattle all the windows in my house) and Fredericksburg. The further south I moved, the further south the creeping metropolis grew lol. Cap... |

Born and raised in Northern Virginia (Stafford and Fredericksburg), although a bit south of Alexandria. The area is basically one big metropolis. It's nice to get away from it and head further south, but the rush hour commute makes that unbearable (did for me anyway). I don't live there anymore, and... |

As of yesterday, mine is as well. You don't happen to use Windows Live Hotmail by chance? Edit: err nevermind just noticed the date on the OP. [:D] And nevermind again, it just came back up... apparently they shut it down to add some new features. [xx(] Capt. Bill Stokes 3rd Brigade, 3rd Division, I... |

Gen. Meyer,
My appolgies for the absence. I'm back! Much to the dismay of my political enemies, and to the delight of my yankee opponents!

Gen. Dragan,
I'd like in as well. Preferance list sent (would prefer a game of AACW if any takers).

Hey Joe,
I did find a game, but have plenty enough spare time to start another one. [:)]
Let me know which scenario you'd like to do and I'll send the starter file.

Would like to get a beginner's game going of AACW. I will be learning the game "on the fly" as I don't like playing against the computer and this would be my first actual game. I am familiar with the system having played games of NCP and WIA, although it looks like this one is more complicated. Lt. ... |

I have all three as well, only just recently got AACW but I am a recent ageod convert. All three are good games, but more and more I am becoming an ageod fan. I really like the WEGO system, the amount of regions on the map to have a more open feel, and ageod's attention to historical accuracy. The o... |

4 years in the Navy. Lucked out and scored top in my training school class and got first pick of billet. Ended up getting "cake" duty on a Naval Air Station in Sigonella Sicily. [:D]

I'm sure he won't mind some recognition. He is JAMIAM from the matrix forums. I've learned a lot from playing him, and gave it my best, but he's much better than I am. I've been able to keep my score in the 400's, but his Union strategy is tough, maybe unbeatable. Lt. Bill Stokes 3rd Brigade, 3rd Di... |

Longstreet. If Lee would have listened to him at critical points, things might have turned out different. It depends on hoe you rate the Generals though. If all things were considered equal- supply, troop numbers, etc- Longstreet would be my pick.
<font size="3" face="b... |

One thing I am experiencing is a "slippery slope" in this game. The two games I currently have going, both as CSA, were both pretty much decided early on and have ended up as just "going through the motions". One game I am winning easily and the other I am getting trounced. Both games have fizzled o... |

I have FoF and WBtS, but am planning to get AGEOD very soon. I have their BOA2-WIA and am enjoying it, so will be getting AACW as well.
