So I just finished my training match and I'm looking for my first actual match. I would prefer a short game as I have travel coming up on 9/6. I'm in the Union army but happy for a maneuver just the same. I have Antietam, Corinth, Gettysburg, Shenandoah and Shiloh. Since I'm a noob I haven't develop...

Mike,

Best of luck moving forward. Very happy for your help and introducing to me to the club. As one of your last (if not very last) cadets I thank you.

Hey Kent, Thanks for the warm welcome. Indeed I'd enjoy playing 3rd Reich via Vassal. While it has been many (many) years since I have played the game I've never played on Vassal. As for complication I think it is comprehensive but it's not SPI's War in the East  I think most people are content...

Thank you all. Guys, I too regrettably lost (gave up) my original teenage years collection of games in the 70's. But I started rebuilding my collection (small as it is) in the 80's and I still have that library. But I found that on Noble Knight Games you can still purchase pre-owned games. I have a ...

New recruit here. I reside out in California but please don't hold that against me. I've been playing wargames since the 70's starting with the AH and SPI games. After retiring I have much more time to devote to this hobby. While I am new to the WDS titles I look forward to coming up to speed and en...
