Hail Gentlemen, Comrades All!

Many of you are aware the our beloved General Garner is stepping down
from his outstanding tenure as Army of the Mississippi's commanding officer

and it is now official with his replacement being named as another fine officer of great distinction:
Lieutenant General Tim Miller

Please join me in warm expressions of welcome & good fortune to
Lt General Miller as our new Commanding Officer.

Gentlemen,

We are all indebted to Jim and his service over the past year and a half....he has done everything right as a commander. He found all the key people and utilized them and supported them to make the Army of the Mississippi in some of the best shape I ever seen it in!

A round on me for everyone in honor of Jim! Huuzzaaah! :D

Also, Tim Miller is one of the fines officers that could lead the Army forward at this point. He has a crack staff to work with and will do the command justice!
