I am proud to announce that Col. Greg Carleton, Army of the Potomac, has been recognized and awarded the rank of Brigadier General of USV effective immediately. Brigadier General Carleton has served the Union honorably since joining in 2024 and has completed 31 games in his short career (with a 14 victories against just 1 defeat against the traitors).
