With the arrival of the corps artillery and Anderson,
a push to the town from the pike seems sure. The Iron
Brigade is tiring and dwindling, a shame. Pender
pushes forward.

To the north, Rodes shifts into position for a 5PM
attack, and Early hurries down to support Rodes. Rodes
ponders that the Union flank is held by only 1500
men....we have an opportunity....
