Lieutenant General Neal Hebert,
as the Commander of the II Corps, Army of the Mississippi,
by awarding him the John Bell Hood Medal of Service.

Sure wish we could, I don't know, toast your new award in some way.

(clearing my throat)

Well since nobody else is buying let me get the first round! I just happen to have my wallet with me today. I know that's rare but when I was leaving my office in Richmond I picked it upand actually took it with me.

Now barkeep...

(looks at the wallet)

... well I'll be darned. This is Cameron's wallet! I can tell because the cond... I mean the Individual Chemical Prophylactic Packet... has never been used. Standard issue you know.

Well since I already have the money out I am sure Cameron wouldn't mind if I use his petty cash to buy a round of drinks. And since I did carry this wallet all the way here, and my back hurts, I will just keep the change. I know he'd want me to.

One never knows for certain from where his next free drink may be offered, so I will tip my hat across the lines to Lt. Gen. Hebert for the recognition he has received for this award and extend my empty cup for a refill!

(I brought two horses just in case one disappears!)
