Nick. For some reason I cannot find your email anywhere. I searched the members section and the M-D forum for posts by you to find your profile...nothing (under Nick Kunz). Then I checked the AoG as you are listed on the "Individual Reports" roster as being in the AoG II...can't find you in the Confederate OOB? Obviously I am doing something wrong.

So I am trying here. All I want to know is what would cause the tournament scenarios that you sent me some time ago when I was a new recruit to NOT work? They work for me, but I sent them to one of your new Rebs, Ryan Lynch, and he downloaded them to the HPS GB folder and he claims they don't work...meaning that he gets an error when he chooses one of them. I believe he is using the latest version of the game. They work fine for me but he can't get them to come up. I thought maybe that he needed more than just the .scn files but I can't find any map associated with them and I recall that all you sent out was a zip with the four .scn files in it.

Anyway, we wanted to play something balanced, so I sent him just what you sent me and he can't get them to work. What might we be doing wrong?

The scenarios I am talking about are: !!!whqt2.scn, !!!whqt2v2.scn, whqt3.scn and whqt3v2.scn

Thanks,

Colonel Tom Ciampa

Tom,

Have a look on the CSA Roster on the Records System. His email address should be listed there, along with all the other rebel rascals.

?Duhh!!! I am so on automatic. I go to the records menu so often to use the games report and the individual report that my mind didn't register the fact that there are all those other reports including separate ones for the OOBs of each side. Thanks and Nick already answered. He said he has had the same trouble when he sends out those tournament games. It really doesn't make sense when the scenarios work fine for me but if I pass them on they don't. And there are no other files but the .scn files so I don't know what the story is. Maybe it is VISTA? Nick did send me:

http://www.gamesquad.com/

Where one can go to download them directly.

By the way. I couldn't get away from my miniatures game convention this weekend a few hours from the See Ya get together but I did meet two flesh and blood members of the ACW club at HISTORICON in Lancaster, Pa....two Rebs, Caleb Vick and Russ Levy, and Gary Hoover, one of our very own. Was nice to actually meet some of the members. Hoping to get to next summer's gathering in the Valley.

Thanks.
