American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Gentlemen,
When Roger departed our Army his files had Billie Jo Sawyer listed as an officer who was on authorized leave. I have tried to contact Sawyer but have heard nothing back from him. Does anyone know what has become of him or if he has any plans to return?
