Guys I am putting this here as I believe this forum will get the biggest reaction.
I have been gifted a BBQ Smoker with fire box main grill and will pimp it to have a smoke box on the end for cold smoking or warming. Now I have heard it said that some of our southern boys recon themselves on these cooking machines so guys a question.
What is your favourite BBQ sauce and rub recipe.
Please let me have them.
