Salute General Brett Kolcun, Commanding Officer of the Army of the Cumberland (AotC) on his promotion to General and also Lieutenant General Mark Lichtenberg, Commanding Officer of the XIV Corps, Army of the Cumberland (AotC) on his promotion to Lieutenant General!!
