American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Hey guys - hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving Day!

I own two monitors but would like to eventually move over to using just one wide angle monitor. Before I do that I would like to know if anyone in the club is using a wide angle monitor, do you use the "Split Screen" option if its available on your monitor and do the John Tiller Software games work properly on these large monitors.

My goal would be to eventually own one of the wide 30"+ sizes. I use two monitors and I always have to play the JTS games on the main monitor or else the map scrolls continuously to either side. Yes, I can turn off the Auto Scroll option. I do that.

If anyone is using one of these monitors I would like to hear about your experience with the games. They look great and would allow me to finally retire my oldest monitor and then put the newer monitor away as a backup.
